What Is Yottage™?
Yottage is a unique recipe of cottage cheese and yogurt blended into something incredibly smooth, loaded with protein and a taste shockingly good.
It’s thick, creamy, high-protein, fat-free, with no added sugars—and oddly addictive in a “how is this healthy?” kind of way.
Yottage™ was created out of necessity. I wanted something filling, high in protein, and satisfying—without living on the same tired “diet foods” every day.
I needed something that was:

And that’s how Yottage™ was born.


How It Started
There were plenty of days I stood in front of my fridge thinking,
“What am I supposed to eat?” I needed something easy—but healthy—and, honestly, something that tasted good.
Something that:
- Didn’t taste like cardboard
- Didn’t spike my blood sugar
- Was clean and nutritious
- And didn’t take an hour to make
So I started experimenting—blending cottage cheese with yogurt, protein, spices, and whatever else made sense—until it became smooth, creamy, and genuinely enjoyable.
After dozens of versions, I finally landed on something that didn’t taste like cottage cheese or yogurt… but was filling, satisfying, and packed with nutrition.
That’s when I knew it was worth sharing.
